Increasingly, J Shevlin Ltd are utilised to deliver works packages for developers where new construction works venture into the existing built environments; our astute and efficient team deliver both the Section 106 and Section 278 arrangements saving time and unnecessary expense to our customers.

Our friendly team are readily available to discuss proposed works, and we pride ourselves in being able to deliver the majority of works and services in our field by our own people; and we have trusted specialist supply chains whom we partner with for the more bespoke projects.
